Are fans running? Any frost buildup on inside back freezer wall?

It sounds like a defrost system problem. A bad timer, heater or thermostat can cause frost to build up on the coils and block air flow to the refrig side. Check out ACMEHowTo.com for troubleshooting the defroster problem

Most likely adaptive defrost it out and it's covered in heavy frost in the back wall of the freezer. You fridge part 100% depends on the freezer.

Sounds like you need to replace the adaptive defrost which is #13 in the breakdown I have included here. Part number is 61003990.

The drain tube is located in the freezer section. Upon removing the pack panel, you should see a small nickel size hole at the rear bottom within a metal water catching area. Signs of a clogged drain is water at the bottom of the freezer or refrigerator cools insufficently. If your drain is clogged, you should see if in and around the drain-hole and can be become difficult at times

hi thanks for the question the freezer is more than likely frosted up now with the door left open the drain hose from freezer is clogged shut down let thaw remove panel at the back of fridge allow 24 hrs to thaw clean out the drain tube re level the fridge so that if the door is left open the door will close by its self raise the front legs to achieve this thanks the appliance doc

As others have noted, the solution is counter-intuitive but easy. The refrigerator keeps cold on this model by cold air coming over from the freezer side. So most likely it is ice blocking the freezer coils or the fan that moves the air. So turn off the freezer and defrost it. You will need to remove the big white plate on the back of the freezer (on the inside) to most effectively get the ice to melt. You can use a hair dryer for this, or just leave the freezer sitting with the door open for several hours.

If the back panel of the freezer is Iced up you may have a defrost problem. or the damper between the freezer and thr refrigerator is closed.

change the adaptive defrost board located in the upper right corner of refrig under the panel. remove panel by pulling on panel towards you from the finger holes in the rear. remove two 1/4 inch screws and two phillips screws. defrost manually with hair dryer behind panel in freezer.
