SOURCE: I need assembly instructions for a wilson and fish...

I didn't have my instructions either, but I finally figured it out. I do the top first. I'm 5'2" and I put it up by myself and this works for me. The leg connections are 6&5 with 6 being on the bottom with little holes near the base stand and 5 being on top. Add the corner connectors and side connectors to tops of 5. Out from the corner connectors add your 7's. Out from the side connectors the 10's for the long side and 8's for the short side. For the top corners add 4 then 3(it is that funky looking rod). In the middle connector add the 11& 12(this will be for the long sides). You will connect corner and sides with 1 (make sure to put the sliding connector on the rod with the Y's at the ends. On the top, top add the last rod. I think you'll be able to figure out how the canopy drapes. I hope I've given the right directions for yours. I put mine up yesterday.

Base for a 11' offset umbrella

When setting up an 11' offset umbrella, it's important to provide a stable and secure base to ensure the umbrella remains upright and balanced. Here are some options for bases that you can consider:
  1. Weighted Base: Look for a weighted base specifically designed for offset umbrellas. These bases typically have a wide, sturdy construction and can be filled with sand or water to add weight and stability.
  2. Cross Base: A cross base is a popular choice for offset umbrellas. It consists of a large, X-shaped stand that provides stability. You can use weights or sandbags on each end of the base to add more stability.
  3. Cantilever Base: Some offset umbrellas come with their own cantilever base, which is specifically designed to fit and support the umbrella. These bases often have a more intricate design and provide stability while allowing for easy movement and rotation of the umbrella.
  4. Ground Anchors: If you have a solid ground surface like concrete or a deck, you can use ground anchors to secure the offset umbrella. These anchors are typically installed by drilling into the ground or attaching them to the surface.
When selecting a base, make sure it is compatible with the size and weight of your 11' offset umbrella. Refer to the manufacturer's recommendations for the appropriate base weight or specifications. Additionally, consider the local weather conditions in your area to ensure the base is sufficient to withstand wind gusts and other elements.
It's also recommended to follow the specific instructions provided by the manufacturer of your offset umbrella for proper installation and base selection.

Hampton Bay 11 ft offset umbrella bent arm is stuck

The arm on your umbrella is stuck and is broken and the arm will need replacement. It would be more convenient to purchase another umbrella than to try and repair the one that is broken.
