Ice formed on the bottom of the freezer, like the drain is plugged -- I clean the drain but still doing that
SOURCE: ice at the bottom of the freezer
bottom of rezzer compartment is supposed to be frozen( depending on timeof cycle) i wouldnt point to a defrost problem unitil the ice build up is hindering refigeration, its quite possible that thte defrost drain has just frozen itself over, and needs to be cleared to allow defrost water to go into the drip pan under unit

sounds like a drain clog in the freezer compartment above. remove the freezer rear panel and totally defrost the evaporator area, directly under the evap you see( under all taht ice) a small drain hole that has become frozen over, try defrosting with either a hair dryer( not a heat gun too much heat youl melt everything) or by pouring hot water donw the drain until you get a free flow of water down the tube. after its clear reassemble and you should be fine

Your drain is blocked causing the ice in the bottom of the freezer.
The drain is located about 7 inches up from the bottom rear of the freezer.
Just below the back freezer panel.
Turn the fridge OFF.
Remove the bottom bins.
Take a hair dryer and thaw the ice in the drain.
Pour 1/4 cup of bleach in the drain line.
Problem solved.

blower may not be working as efficiently as it should cause bad circulation of the chilled air.
