Remove lamp cover, remove bulb and install new bulb and replace cover.

Sounds like a loose wire since the move. Check you have power at the switch (in and out). If you have, check the starters and ballasts

underneath the unit in the metal box there is a ballast for the lights check it to see if it is getting power and or producing power to the bulbs

are they the florescent tube type?? i suspect that the ballast went bad

switch may be open
