Why is Samsung SCX-3201G printing blank pages even when toner is refilled?

I have Samsung SCX-3201g printer. Printing, Xerox working is OK, but scan&fax facility is not working because i missed the original software. please give me a solution for get the original software or scan drivers.

I would not advise you to refill a toner cartridge becausethe toner powder is very fine and you do not want to breath in this tonerpowder. When the toner cartridge is exhausted or empty then theprinter will not be able to print further documents or the prints will be veryfaint. You may be able to print a few more pages by removing thetoner cartridge and shaking the toner cartridge in a horizontal position a fewtimes and then placing it back into the printer. This will give you an opportunity to print a few more pages and giveyou time to purchase a new toner cartridge for your printer. A cheaperalternative is to purchase a re-manufactured toner cartridge for your modelprinter. A re-manufactured printer cartridge also replaces worn partsas well as refilling with toner powder.

Donot refill the toner. Use the genuine cartridge. If you use the refilled it may cause printer damage.

CAN I RESET MY SAMSUNG SCX4200 TONER CHIP MANUALLY BY SOLDERING

I am facing the same issue, but its related to Copy (not Print).

The carriage/CCD Light in the scanner is stuck in its original position, causing a scanner error, and all I get are 3/2 vertical lines on the page. Some time I also get an empty page out.
