Take the thread completly off the machine and rethread it making sure it goes thru the tension wheel properly.
FYI Loops on the bottom-- Problem is in the threadding.. Loops on the top, problem is with the bobbin.

I had a Golden Touch 'N Sew many years ago and as the machine aged and parts became worn, step 4 of this bobbin winding diagram started to become a problem and I had to sometimes try several times before the "tabs" would release. If they did not release, the machine "thought" it was still winding the bobbin and would not sew.

Hi. The upper tension is too loose (even tho it looks ok). If the upper thread is too loose, it can't pull the bobbin thread up to properly form the stitch and you get those messy 'birds nest' on the bottom side of the fabric. I posted a Tip on Adjusting Tension--read that and adjust your upper tension.
