sounds like might be your toner, specifically your black toner.
is this a non-standard toner or HP? IF it your toner you can try this:
Place a stip of opaqe tape or paper or the chip. When the printer detects a non-standard cartridge press the green (go) button. It will then reset the LCD to Ready.
Change bloated caps on power supply pcb. You'll see them clear. That's should be it!

95%. If you won't find any bloated caps, relax, it's time to get a new signal/main board. Can't fix those! Only replacement. Used one is ok.
My last case was a similar, 50" Samsung lcd panel with 4 1,000.00 mfd/16v.

Re-seat the video card and memory first, if it continues to beep count the beeps 3 long ,3 short .etc they mean a code. if you have 2 sticks of memory try using one.
