Cant hear anything when i answer the phone . the person ringing me can hear fine.

In order to check your mobiles capability to modulate sound just put your headphone. If you are able to hear the speech through headphone then the problem is with your speaker. If unable to get the speech the problem is with main pcb itself and to repair that you will have to go to service center it will be costly but if you are able to hear through headphone then it will be cheap.

My Logitech headphones mic won´t work with windows xp. Can hear, don´t hear me.

Your headphone mic is all right. The problem is with the sound driver you are using. Many a time the headphone jack are not properly connected so it may be another issue for not working of your headphone. Your operating system is all right check out the sound driver setting from the control panel.

Only hearing sound out of left side of headphones

i think the problem is in the jack of your sound blaster. since you have already tried different headphones and the problem still persist, and when you use speakers it works fine. i conclude it is the jack of your sound blaster card.

Cannot hear sounds through headphones

if you are able to hear normally from the speakers and not from the headphones possible reasons could be:
the audio is muted or very low
there is a mute switch on the headphone that is turned on
the headphone is not firmly plugged in or is in the wrong site eg microphone
hope it helps
please inform if it helps..

I hear more from my right side of my ipod with headphones

There is 2 possible reasons this is happening, 1 is that you have better hearing in your right ear or it's possible that your headphones are tangled and if they are the sound waves will not come through fully.

No sound

Is there a headphone jack? If so, try a pair of headphones. If you hear sound in the headphones, the main speaker may have gone bad. If you don't hear sound in the headphones, the audio output stage may have have gone bad.

Good Luck,
