If your Miller Bobcat EFI250 welder is not delivering fuel and you have already checked the fuses, fuel filter, and air filter, it is likely that the fuel pump is the issue.
It's possible that the fuel pump is electronic and it could have been affected by the drained and recharged battery. A low battery voltage can cause problems with electronic fuel pumps, so it's important to check the voltage and make sure it is within the proper range.
It's also possible that the fuel pump has failed and needs to be replaced. If this is the case, the best course of action would be to take your welder to a qualified Miller Electric welder repair service center. They will have the necessary tools and expertise to properly diagnose and fix the issue. The fuel pump may have to be replaced if it's not functioning properly.
It's also important to check the manual of the welder for troubleshooting steps and also check the warranty of the welder and see if it's still covered by the manufacturer.
Hello Angie, Check the fuel filter. Sometimes when the fuel tank is run dry, the sediment on the bottom of the tank gets sucked up by the fuel pump and clogs the fuel filter.
so the pump is weak, due to it is, or regulator or filters clogged
what you have there on the supply side, who knows that?
my guess is , not reading the kabuto engine spec on fuel pressure
and is wrong.. lift pumps too.
