You really need a Service Manual if you want to go into that detail. Most nuts and bolts at just tightened to a point by feel depending on the bolt size. I have only ever used a torque wrench on cylinder head bolts. Tight plus a quarter turn is often a good rule.

You need to take the car in and have the engine computer control module scanned for the fault code(s) that was recorded in memory when the engine stalled and the warning light came on, that is the first step to repair the problem.

You will need to have the ODB error codes read out, either at your local auto parts store or a mechanic's shop. The error codes will give some idea of what the issue is by indicating which sensors are out of parameter.
The "wrench" is equivalent to a CHECK ENGINE light.
