I forgot my unlock code for my old ipad1 haven't used in in months

If your iPad is disabled, the only way to unlock it is to completely erase and reset it. If you have a backup, you'll be able to restore it, otherwise you'll lose all of your data. There is no way to unlock a disabled iPad unless you use the correct passcode or you erase it. And the following guidance will show you how to unlock a disabled iPhone with iTunes.

Step 1. Connect your iPad to the computer with via a USB cable that your iPad has trusted.
Step 2. Launch iTunes. If you've synced your iPad with iTunes, then no "enter password" is required.
Step 3. iTunes will automatically sync your iPad and create a backup file. If it doesn't, you should sync your iTunes and create a backup file manually by clicking "Back up Now" in the Summary window.
Step 4. In the Summary window, you can see the option "Restore iPhone". Click it to reset your iPad. Once the reset process is complete, you'll be taken through the iPod's initial setup process.
Step 5. Select "Restore from iTunes backup" during the setup process. This will load the backup that you created so that all of your data is restored.

Ipad is disable

If your iPad has been disabled, it is completely locked down. The only way you'll be able to use it again is by restoring it using iTunes or iCloud. If you have a backup, you'll be able to recover your data, but this process will delete everything that is stored on the iPad. Except for the following methods, there is no other way to unlock a disabled iPad.
  • Using iTunes
  • Using iCloud Find My iPhone
  • via Recovery Mode
  • via DFU Mode

My psd is disabled as i put in code too many i used a usb plug and hit i tunes but it did not disabled it what can i do to unlock it

I think you're talking of your ipad being disabled (psd=pad?).
If you happen to have a backup in itunes back from when you still knew your passcode you can restore your ipad to that backup. If not you have to revert your ipad to defaults and install all your apps from there again.

How do I Unlock apple 4S

There are several different methods you can try to unlock iPhone 4s. Just follow below steps.

It is a good habit to have your iPad backed up regularly. In case of your iPad is locked, disabled or being stolen, you can easily recover your data from it. Otherwise, you'll lose all the data. To unlock iPad screen without password or to unlock disabled iPad mean you have to remove your previous pass code and restore your iPad. Here we introduce three methods which you can follow.
Method One: How to unlock iPad without password using iTunes
  • 1. Connect iPad to the computer you have synced with.
  • 2. Open iTunes on your computer and connect it with your iPad. If fortunate, you can enter the iTunes without password. But in most cases, there would be prompt asking for a pass code. Try another computer you've synced with, or use recovery mode. (The recovery mode will be mentioned in method three.)
  • 3. Find your iPad in summary and make a manual backup. Once the backup have finished, click Restore your iPad with the most relevant back-up.
