your going to need a conversion program because most likely the itunes files are .acc and not.mp3 so find a nice little converter and enjoy

Deleting Files,Pictures,etc from MP3 Player

Hook up your mp3 player to your computer Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer" When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there. Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on "Open" and now your files/songs should be visible. Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want, release, right click and then click on "Delete" Now you mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want. You Cannot Reset it completely Because remaining space is have your mp3 player right Protected software.this is protected from company by itself.

First of all have you loaded the gogear from the philips media converter and is the whole space filled up. In some cases there must be a space on the memory as the system may work very slow if the memory is full. Try and delete some files in this case. Also load only safe files that are scanned and has no malwares.

When i turn on the MP3 player (Philip GoGear Vibe 4GB) it says "No space to build data base, please connect to PC to free 100mb." however when it is connected to the PC, the internal storage icon...

Firstly, I'd suggest that you do a soft reset of your player. You will find the reset button next to the 'power on' button on the side of the player. Please hold the Reset button using a pen tip or other sharp object for 10 seconds. Now turn it on.

If that doesn't work, I'd suggest that you format your player or repair it using Philips songbird. Contents may be removed by using this function. So make sure to back up your contents.

Format:
On your computer desktop, double-click "My computer". Double-click on the MP3 player's icon. Right-click on the Internal Storage icon and then select "Format".

Repair:
Launch Songbird and then connect your player to your computer. Select "Repair" under the "Tools" menu. Follow the instructions given by the pop-up windows to perform the repair process.
