I purchased my new oven and have Propane gas in my house. I made all the adjustments according to the manual and everything works great except the oven. I am getting long yellow flames. I made the adjustments but no matter what i do it does not change. And the smell is so bad.

Hi, it sounds like you need the fan bearing renewed or the fan unit. If you disconnect you will have to revert to just having an ordinary oven and adjust the temperature for cooking food accordingly for a oven without a fan.
Yes, the program and thermostat calls for the fan to cool the electronics, without that you can loose the electronic boards. Normally the fans will shut off once temps drop to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Enjoy your new home.
If the bulb you bought from Lowes is a 35 watt bulb and it screws in, then it will work just fine. Appliance parts people love to sell you the "one" specific for your model because most of the time it is more profitable for them.
We need a model number to be specific. Check the gas regulator and make sure the pressure cap has been set for propane. Most of them are turned over to put more pressure inside the valve. If so. Check the air shutter on the bake gas tube and adjust for the best color flame. Also tighten the bake burner orifice with a 1/2 inch wrench.
Take it out back and shoot it. You are better off cutting your losses now and be done with it. If you have had it for 10 years, I am surprised you haven't burned your house down with it.
Seriously, it would cost a lot to fix it, plus it would frustrate you more and more the longer you put money into it.
3 to 4 hours is a long time. Get to the fans (behind the control panel) and check the screens for dust. Chances are the screens are clogged with dust and need to be cleaned so the fans can move air for cooling better. I had this problem on my GE JTP14, and after cleaning just one fan it can keep up with cooling the electronic area while the oven is running. It runs much less often.
Safety first! cut the breaker before removing anything with a nice conductive screwdriver! Hope this helps!
