if you need your warrantly please go to imate authorized service center else just go the site which i said and start flashing your JAMA

I have flashed about 100's of imate phone and black screen or bricking never happend so don worry its safe

HARD RESET

1) Start->Settings->System tab->Master Clear->1234->ok

2)Press soft-reset for 15sec.

3)Remove the battery, Simultaneously hold volume(-) button and red hangup button, while still holding those keys, insert the battery and wait for the led to go out, release keys and device will hard reset

i tried to update my Imate JAMA's rom to WM6, while i was updating my phone it went power off as it was out of charge. now the problem is this i cant switch on my phone, it dont even shows the blue screen, even my battery i fully charged. Is this because my Imate's ROM? which i was trying to upgrade? I need a solution plzz

I have imate jama and it has run into problem. It shows blue screen only when charger is plugged in. Without carger on, it switches off and doesn't even show blue screen. I have even tried the hard & soft reset but it doesn't work. Is there any possible solution? Who is the authorized service center for imate in Bangalore?

u can format ur mobile if not become ok then reinstall phone appliation.

remove memory card and try starting if it does't start formate your phone in any mobile software shop.

the align cross is for you to set the cootdinates of the screen, all you have to do is press the pen on the cross as it moves on the correct centre of the cross, this will akkow the setup to continue, it needs a mark for the centre and the four corners. if you do that correctly it should move to the setup screen and continue, if it does not hat means you need to reprogram the phone

it seems that the os of the pda somehow got curropted...reinstall the os and you can update the os of the pda as well ...
