Good day!!!
That problem is usually cause of bad inverter board or T-con board also there is the possibility that you have failing capacitors....
If your TV is totally black even back-light the problem is inverter board..please try to replace it to fix your TV.
If your have back-light but no image comes out...The problem could be on the T-con board..if that so please replace it...
This is for bad capacitors...
1. Open the back cover of your TV.
2. Look at the power supply board..Its normally connected to the power cord..
3. After that,,try to look at the actual image of capacitors if it is bulged on the top so that you can easily determine the bad capacitors..
4. After that,,try to replaced the bad capacitors using soldering iron and soldering lead..replaced the capacitors only with the same type ratings and value..
5. Some of the capacitors not bulged so its better if have a capacitance meter..
Look at the label capacitors...That is the sample image..
I hope this solution will be helpful...Thanks for using fixya...

Hello, my name is Cheri Torres and I am with the DISH Network Internet Response Team. I came across your post and wanted to help. There are a few things that you can try in order to get the sound back on your TV. The first step to try is a hard reset, you can do this by unplugging the receiver from the wall outlet for 10 seconds then plugging it back in. If this does not fix the issue you are going to want to check your cables. Make sure that the cable running from your TV into the DISH Network receiver box is not damaged and make sure that it is plugged in securely. You can also try unplugging the cable from the DISH receiver and TV and then reentering it. The next step to try is using the same cable on a different device such as a DVD player, gaming system etc. If the cable does work on a different device the issue is probably with your DISH receiver box. If the cable does not work with another device you are going to want to try replacing the cable itself. I hope you find this information useful and if you have anything further questions please feel free to ask. Thanks and have a great day!
