When a certain extension calls me, I see the former employee's name -- how do we change this (person who used to do this is no longer with th company)

If you have the software you can get in and program via station assignment.
If you admin, programmed on any ext you can program.
If not we can remote into your system and change them.

if the password has not been changed it would be the extension followed by 997, i.e. password for mailbox 990 would be 990997 and 991 would be 991997, you can also log into mailbox 999 and assuming that password has not been changed and is 999997 you could go into admin mode and reset the mailbox security code for 990 or 991, hope that helps.
