Sounds like your phone has had an unrecoverable error and may need to be reflashed. Please contact Motorola Support(1-800-734-5870)
for assistance or contact your service provider.

Do you plug the phone to the computer or to an wall outlet? Are you using a original Motorola Cable? Is it stock on the RSD protocal?
