SOURCE: GE Deluxe 30 Range Hood ---can't find a 2 way bulb
The current Convertible Deluxe rangehood from GE doesn't support a two-way (light/night light bulb). You can use an incandescent light with an A15 type (60 watts or less) or a compact fluorescent (A17 or T2) with an ordinary screw base that draws no more than 13 watts. Some models can only use the incandescent light (RN328, JN327, JV338). The recommended compact fluorescents are available from www.gelighting.com (product codes: 85383 or 47486). Check you manual or products.geappliances.com for a pdf of your manual.
I wish that I could be of more help.

(the model of your range hood would be useful to get more information)

You should check the lamps if they are ok and if you have a new one try to be 100%.
If not you should the fuse internal. We have here a parts diagram and fuse is part no 170 and is a 5A fuse.
Finaly since the board is new and consider that the connections have been set correctly then you should check the light transformer part no 208 in same diagram. Check whith a multimeter in and out voltage if it is ok.
