you need to supply the SONY TV model just do a google of any URC booklet and then look uo the ctrl codes for your TV it has little to do with the brand of the remote

After I typed in "replacement TV remotes" into the Google searchbox, I received numerous hits. One website in particular (Remotes.com) , sells several replacement remotes for Techview TVs. Their tollfree number is 1-800-REMOTES.
The Techview company is no longer in business, which explains why it is not currently listed in the TV code booklets you used.
