I have panasonic kx-fl422 fax machine it will send properly but it has a problem both coping a documents & reciveing a document, it said call service 3

Try going through menu and turn ECM to no or invalid also try adsl filter on incoming line

Press "Menu" STAR, #, 9000,STAR, 550, START, then restart the machine.
