Clear the CMOS by switching the jumper to 2,3 them power up with this setting and wait for 2-3 min. turn off.and then switch back to default 1,2 .. if it does't work first time do it again.

Just look for the silver battery. Either remove battery and replace, or look for jumper (closest to battery with one pin showing, and two covered by the jumper) Remove the jumper and place over middle and previously uncovered pin, then move back to origional position.

There should be a jumper inside your computer that resets the bios, find that and reset the bios... if that doesn't work, try installing a video card - if it works, your onboard video is fried.

It sounds like you have some bad LAN circuity on your motherboard. You might try a workaround by installing a separate LAN card and using that. If the separate card doesn't solve the problem your motherboard is just bad and needs to be replaced.
