Sounds like you either have a defective LCD panel, LCD panel tab connection, or a LCD to T-con faulty connection. Does tapping or squeezing the left side of the TV change anything?

First, average life on these sets is about 3 to 4 years at best and only boards are sold so even if you can pin point the board (no individual parts are sold) it is likely if will not get fixed and doing so is a bad investment as all the boards are now old.

Looks like the TV has developed dry solder/dry/shorting capacitors. To make sure, first of all try the same input device on some other TV. If it works there, you can be sure that your TV is having problems. Then I would advise you to stop using it to stop aggravating the defects. It is better to show it to a qualified service technician.
you need to remove main ckt, (m.board) some part need to re solder specially in hot area. (lost contact i one of the flickering problem you encountered.
remove the cover and observe the source of the light. if its in the picture tube it can be fixed with a picture rejuvonator. if its a cracked solder joint a soldering iron and solder will fix it.
control boards on LCDs and PLASMA tvs are causing no picture , missing area , and other wierd symptoms , it will need to be tested to determine the true problem
