Why won't my printr print from my email? - Canon PIXMA MX340 Wireless Office All-in-One InkJet Printer

Hi,

Once you give print command of an email, your email program should ask you to select printer.

If you are using MS Office, by default One Note printer might be selected.

Please check which printer is assigned when you click print.

I hope this information helps.

If there are color toner cartridges installed, then make sure that you are using the correct drivers for the printer. If the drivers are not correct, then it will only print in black and white

Is your prinert is a network printre, if yes . so please chack your network connection or permisions for the user.

Just try using a generic print driver in windows. This driver will send standard ASCII code and the printr should allow you to print standard text. try it.

reinstall printr driver

try to print a self test by unplugging the data cable from the system and turn off the printr and hold the green light button and turn on the printer and then relesed it it should print the test page try uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers

open the printers program menu...and give 'check' grayscale!
this will make all prints in black ink

ok...try this first with new and fresh drivers,

try to unplug the printre while the print assembly is on the middle

see the mode of printre is is in economy mode or in best mode.
