I bought this blue tooth today i put it on the charger it turns red for 2 sec and then stays off is it still charging or is something wrong

same problem here. I was thinking a dead battery maybe. I`ll keep looking for this on the net.

if you didn't pair your phone up yet, that could be why. Hold all 3 buttons down for 10 sec. should go solid blue, then pair your phone cause its in discovery.

Sometimes it takes longer than two hours. Leave it plugged in overnight if you can. The indicator light should go off after fully charging.

Hold the volume buttons on the side while holding the call button for 10 seconds. It will reset the bluetooth and remove any other devices it may have been paired to. Then turn it off, back on and it will eventually stay lit blue and then you need to set it up through your phone. I hope this helps, I had the same problem and mine is working fine!
