there's a possibility that your battery is bad. and if you want to check that you have a known good ac adapter. here are the steps that you can try.
1. turn off the laptop. (shut it down properly). 2. remove the battery and disconnect the charger. 3. plug in the charger without the battery. 4. power on the laptop.
note: if it comes on normally. it means, that your charger works fine. from that point, you could isolate if it's a battery or a charger issue.
You have a problem with the LCD cable. It ussually happens when the LCD cable is pinched off at some point, causing the screen flickering. You can buy a new LCD cable from eBay, they are cheap, and it's easy to replace-just unplug the old one, and plug the new one.

you should have 2 batteries with it ...take battery out put other one in making sure in correctly seated...plug into pc via usb see if charging icon comes on ...once enough charge in to startup phone try other battery ...when charging you can press and hold top button on phone to startup if enough power...
maybe it's just the T.V I mean the N64 is like 10+ years old and you're trying to get it to work in a new T.V! I reckon that your best bet is to buy an older T.V to play it with or get an emulator e.g PJ64 on your computer and then you can still play your games
there is a slot behind the screen when you push open the screen should drop down. put the cd into that slot when you do the screen will go back up. push open again the screen will drop and your cd will eject automatically.
