All, solution #1 is indeed correct. After many frustrations and erroneous advice I decided to try the aforementioned advise. In fact, I found out that by turning both levers to the "off" position then turning each on individually, cold water would not even despense into the washer, however, the "hot" would. I switched the hoses and have not had a problem since. Eagle 338 "you are da man."

After doing a wash there are white particles all over the clothing. I installed a water filter, I have changed the washing powder to a liquid laundry soap but still have what looks like chucks of water scale all over the clothing. I live in Bangkok and we do not use hot water. Cold water only. The machine is 6 years old used every day and still runs great. suggestions please. regards rickmen

holla, Im not showing a E20 code on the tech sheet. There is a E21. Water not draining fast enough. Try holding the start/pause and cancel key together for 3 seconds. The door lock, wash, rinse and final spin leds should light. Any error codes should be displayed when holding those keys. If you see a different error code, post it. If not, I would suspect a clogged pump...Catriver.

SOURCE: E10 error
The error code chart indicates that this could be a water flow problem, too low of a drain hose height. Check for clean filters of the inlet water line. Check that the drain host was assembled as per the manual's instructions. In any case your machine is still under warranty and you can ask for Frigidaire's assistance. Good luck!

If your cycle does not complete or The cycle doesn't advance When the cycle should advance, it's probably the timer or a cold-water supply problem: It's the timer, if your washing machine fills with water and begins agitating, but the timer never advances--or if the washer is in a spin cycle and the timer won't advance. Then you need to replace the timer. It may be a cold-water supply problem, if the washing machine fills with water, agitates, drains, and spins, but then doesn't fill with rinse water. than check the cold water supply line and the filter

Hello CJ Lou - Typically that is correct, error code E46 indicates to replace main control board. First, either unplug or flip the household circuit breaker off to the washer to reprogram it. Wait approximately ten minutes and restart unit. Then try pressing and holding the START and PAUSE/CANCEL buttons simultaneously. All LED's will go blank and after a few seconds the control will signal the stored code using audible beeps and blinking LED's. The control will repeatedly signal the code, as long as the START and PAUSE/CANCEL buttons are pressed. A two second pause between repeats affords you the ability to make accurate counts to identify the correct error codes. If it proves to be ineffective, contact a professional to accurately pinpoint any potentially more serious issues.

The LG error code OE simply means "the pump is blocked". Presumably the water isn't being emptied properly. As with all error codes it is possible that there is a cause other than the exact description in the error code explanation but basically this error means as far as the washing machine is concerned it thinks the water isn't pumping out. A pump, or filter blockage is the most common cause but it could be caused by other faults such as a faulty pump, or even a blockage in the drain hose or somewhere else in the system etc
