How to install a dish 211z - DISH Network 322 DTV Receiver

To sign up for DISH online services and get the app for your Apple iPad, follow these steps:

1. Visit the DISH website: Go to the DISH website at www.dish.com on your computer or iPad web browser.
2. Choose a plan: Browse the available plans and select one that suits your needs. You can choose from packages with different channel lineups and prices.

Programming Notes
• If your device does not respond to the remote after trying all codes listed or your brand is not listed in the code list, use the Auto Code Search method to program your remote.
• Sometimes the first code that "works" with your device may operate only a few functions of your device. There may be another code in the code list that performs more functions. Try other codes from the code list for more functionality.
This is a trial and error procedure; and quiet time consuming. You might have to check different codes said for your device.
Search the site by type in the "brand name" to your device; in the "Search box at the top right of the display window" to get gathered related posts. ..

No, the 510 receiver does not have a UHF input. http://manuals.solidsignal.com/DVR510.pdf You can upgrade to a 512, 612, 625, but would need your installation upgraded to be compatable (Dish Pro to Dish Pro Plus).

I install dish network. i have tried all versions of dish remotes, . the only one that works is Dish Network 21.0 Learning Remote. it will work with all dish products and i have programed it for this tv apex ld4688 hd and it works great.here is a link for the manual on how to use.

You are not able to use the DVR unless you have Dish Network services. Cable operates at a different frequency than Dish Networks Dish Pro Plus Receivers.

i don't think they sell stuff on this website, but if you are looking for a good deal go by some of your local satellite dealers and ask if they have any used dishes they would sell cheap. the thing to do is to go to a place that sells dishnetwork ( or direct if you need a dishnetwork dish) because many times when an installer goes out to install a system there is already a dish from the other network there. often the customer doesn't want the old dish anyway and we end up taking home the old dish. personally, i just give an old one to anybody that needs one.
