Plugged nozzles, cracked water line from the pump up to the nozzles, or a plugged filter in the pump. All these things can be the cause of your problem. Check them all and you'll find the culprit.

It should be behind the glove box which you have to remove to get access to the filter door.
Is the CD changer directly behind the glove box ? Because in my car the changer is above the main part of the box, not behind it.

Have you changer the water filter? If so the line may be stopped up. Turn the water supply off and disconnect the supply line. Sometimes there is a strainner on the supply line thed can become clogtged. Also disconnect the supply line thet runs from the supply valve to the ice maker and make sure that it is not clogged.(This line shopuld be commected to a small valve at the botom of the unit. Hope this helps.

Faulty blower motor resistor

You need to remove the fuel line and blow back into it to remove any debri that has collected around the fuel pick up. Be sure the fuel filter under the car is changed as well and the fuel filter on the firewall. Also fill the tank and put 2 quarts of rubbing alcohol in the fuel tank to dry up any water.

You may have to change the sand from to much mud. this requires removing the valve from the top and syphoning the sand with a "sand changer" then removing the latterals from the bottom.( they unscrew from the hub inside the filter and cleaning them. Return the correct the amount of sand covering the tube shaft that connects the valve to the hub sot he sand doesnot clog the flow again. Return valve to the top and it should flow freely again.

THE PROBLEM IS PROBABLY THE FLEXIBLE FUEL LINE BEFORE THE TANK CHANGER IF IT IS IN GOOD CONDITION THE PROBLEM IS THE TANK CHANGER

There could be a loose connection somewhere.
Does the sound stops on a regular time interval or only on certain conditions?
Would there be a chance that there's water leakage at the area where the CD changer is stored?
