SOURCE: fuze #14 blown. this powers
please give me the year of the f-150 and any added option you have so i can check the schematic's to see if i can pin point something that could cause this issue.
very strange one though. but must have something to do with it going 60... you said you isolated a few thing does that mean you have tested them and ruled them out?
SOURCE: my fuel injector fuze keep blowing everytime i put
unplug all your injectors . If the fuse does not blow now plug one in at a time.till it blows. then replace that injector. If it blows with all the injectors unplugged then you have a short in the wiring harness.
SOURCE: how do i change the cigarette lighter in a 1998
check for volatge at the lighter connector first.
SOURCE: Cigarette lighter not working, already change fuze
use a test light on cigar lighter, put probe in center of socket and the ground on outside of cigar socket or any other good ground. if power to socket, this will tell you if the cigar socket is bad and needs replaced. if it has power and lighter does not work, then its the heating element itself thats bad, the part that heats up! good-day !
