WHAT CAUSES HP DESIGNJET t1300 ERROR 21.2:13?

its printer say printer and post to printers next time.
I dont do them but here goes, 15,000 printers are pain, to support.
HP DesignJet T1300 PostScript Printer read the manual yet,
most printers can be reset by unplugging from the wall
AC power, then hold power button down and plug in to wall now.
hold the button for 30 full seconds.
and release the botton (this is generic answer)
why ask here we are not HP.com

There is a cable behind the disply screen that has a tendency to wiggle loose in shipping. Just reach behind the control panel and push the cables in firmly.

the error code gives :
Carriage failure. The possible cause could be:

The Carriage PCA is not compatible with the rest of the Printer.
The Carriage ASIC has problems initializing.
The +2.5V reference voltage generated in the Carriage PCA is out of range.
One of the Carriage ASIC's cannot be found within the Serial Bus that connects the Electronics Module to the Carriage.
One of the Carriage ASIC's did not respond to the Serial Bus that connects the Electronics Module to the Carriage Assembly.

Error code 0C0040 is caused by the drop detector not detecting drops from at least 2 print heads in the same area. Run print head recovery on all the print heads and see if that clears up the problem. If not, then clean or replace the drop detector. In some cases the hp/gl2 card may cause this error just replace it

Service station Motor not working or not rotating
Take out carriage assembly from serve station area.(Power on printer wait till service station un lock carriage, switch off main power, take out carriage assembly from service station. If service station not releasing the carriage assembly, my sincere advise "call for service personnel")
Remove right cover,check service station motor connector,connectivity cables,if no damage found,remove service station, check any paper particles jammed inside?any obstructions?any gear damage?.. shoot the problem, other wise replace service station..

one of the printheads is bad.....check the error code again,because 060308 does not exist in hp designjet 1055cm plotter.
