Thanks for your solution. This is a problem with color wheel. I could not fix it by myself, so my friend will try to fix it next week.

Remove your new bulb and examine the connector carefully. The inexpensive replacement bulbs tend to arc and ruin your $700 ballast; sad to say. If everything looks good, make sure the interlock switch on the bulb cover opening is engaging. It won't fire up if it thinks that door is open.

SOURCE: Samsung Dlp HL-R7178w not turning On.

If all 3 leds blink, it can be the lamp, ballast (lamp driver), color wheel, or dmd board (all are engine parts = engine failur). its usually the lamp, but you can listen to troubleshoot. when it turns on, you will hear the fans come up (humm..airflow noise), then you will hear the colorwheel (high pitched squeel.. it will come up to speed) and then the ballast will fire up the lamp.. if the lamp doesn't fire, you will hear the spark gap fire (a 1 second buzz noise indicating bad lamp).. the gap will fire 3 times, they tv will then retry again and again until it shuts off and kicks out the error. this power up path will help you listen to find your problem. i can assist further.

SOURCE: Samsung 50" DLP - Lamp Light Blinking after bulb replacement

I had projection bulb go out (explode) in my toshiba DLP tv. Pulled out bulb and housing assm. and could see it. Ordered a replacement bulb online, an aftermarket one and replaced it. Lamp led would keep flashing, blue led on, sound ok but still no picture. You could hear tv going through its self reset and after eight attempts red lcd came on. Info online suggested lamp door not seated properly, rechecked and door fine. I pulled bulb housing and made sure it was completely seated and it was in as far as it goes. Checked bulb housing contacts and they looked ok. The aftermarket housing assm. did not "feel" the same as the original when installing into tv even though they looked identical. Swapped new bulb into old housing, cut old harness and plug off of bad bulb and crimped on new ends at bulb end reusing original plug and harness (observe new bulb harness to keep wire locations correct) reassemble and install housing. Worked as soon as tv turned on. Watch out for non oem parts, they may look identical but something may still not be quite right.

I have a Samsung DLP HLS 5086 W that is shutting down after a couple of minutes. The color wheel and lamp were both replaced a little over a year ago. The lamp is a Phillips, and the color wheel is OEM. I...

Hope this helps:

Resetting the counter Once you have installed your OEM replacement lamp, resetting the counter is a very simple procedure:
• Begin with the TV powered off.
• Point your remote towards your TV.
• Press:
• Menu + 1 + 8 + 2 + Power.
• Your TV set should now say "Loading Factory".
• Browse down to "Option" then press Enter (or the right cursor button).
To exit the service menu, hit press the EXIT button or just turn off your TV (remember not to turn on your TV immediately afterward!).
NOTE: The Mute+1+8+2 buttons needs to be pressed down consecutively and fairly quickly. If your TV does not enter the service menu after using this combination, you can substitute MENU instead of MUTE. This seems to work for some sets. Also, the right cursor arrow also acts as the ENTER button, so try it if you're having difficulty with the ENTER button.
