Mid 90,s custom harley build w. 32 amp sys new everything stator puts out 48 v. 2 new regs both ck ok. only bat v. at bat. simple 1 wire to bat. puts out 12.3 at 3000 rpm. sugestions?? anybody???

check for a missing wire to the battery as the voltage regulators are not controlling anything
if you have a 32 amp alternator and it is producing 48 amps , the voltage regulator is not controlling the out put of the stator so it will burn out from overload
voltage from the stator has to be 13.2 volts DC minimum and no more than 14.5 v DC at 2,000rpms
suggest that you get an accredited bike electrician to check out the circuits and system

Failed to open model.o. in cricket 07 game

The problem is due to the "bats.xml" file is not correct. Assume some bat number is assigned to a batsman using the editor and that bat number is not available in the game directory.then it will lead to the error as said by you.
The solution to this one is the "bats.xml" in the game directory and editor directory should be the same.
Do remember different patches will have different bat names in the "bats.xml"

03 Taurus, battery light comes on. R&R bad alt &

You may have a a/c voltage leak comming from the alternator..If its a rebuilt alternator sometimes you get a bad one ..But make sure all your connections are good ecspecially the small wires coming out the back ..These are the field and sensor wires..Plus make sure all your grounds on the vehicle are not broken or missing..You can have good voltage but it may have a drop going to the computer because of a ground and cause the light to come on

Error code :0xc004e002

The error message appears if the file in which the activation status of Vista  is faked, is corrupted or missing.
Once you are at the error message screen you will have an option to contact support once you click on it that should open Internet explorer and once you have the Internet explorer type in the address bar the following commands:
 -  net stop slsvc   (it may ask you if you are sure, select yes) -  cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareLicensing
 -  rename tokens.dat tokens.bat
-   cd %windir%\system32
 -  net start slsvc
 -  cscript slmgr.vbs -rilc
and wait for the process to finish. Reboot again and activate Vista.

It doesnt want to start it says what im describeing.

From http://support.microsoft.com/kb/194679:

Cause:
This behavior can occur if the Windows\System folder is missing or renamed, or if the PATH line in the Autoexec.bat file is missing or does not include the Windows\System folder.

To resolve this behavior, use the appropriate method:

Method 1 loadTOCNode(2, 'resolution');
  1. At the command prompt, type: dir vmm32.vxd /s If the Vmm32.vxd file is not found, you must install Windows 95 or Windows 98 again. If the Vmm32.vxd file is found, note the folder in which it is located, and then continue with step 2.

  2. At the command prompt, type the following commands, pressing ENTER after each command cd windows
    ren folder system
where folder is the folder you noted in step 1.

  3. Restart your computer.

Method 2 loadTOCNode(2, 'resolution'); Using a text editor (such as Notepad), edit the Autoexec.bat file and add or modify the PATH line so that it includes the Windows\System folder. For example, add the following line to your Autoexec.bat file: path=c:\windows\system

Hope this helps,

I can not locate anything on the camera that tells me when the batteries are getting low. am i missing something?

there is no "bar graph" to show you battey condition. However, it will warn you when they are getting low. You can still take many pictures with after low bat. indicators are flashing. You can take like 300 pics. with the camera.
I spent a week in on vacation & took 100's of pics. & looked at them later, on the same set of batteries (Not rechargeable bat. either).

Error message when installing QuickBooks 2005 to new 64 bit compu

Hello, I found this on another web site intuit community. I tried this and it works. A couple of people said they had to run this each time they signed on but i have not had to.

Welcome to the community forums. One thing that I notice with your error log is that all the missing files are .dll files. I would suggest running Reboot.bat which re-registers the QuickBooks .dll files.
Do a search on your computer for reboot.bat (there is a seperate one for each version) and run the reboot.bat that corresponds to version of QuickBooks you are having a problem with.

It worked for me and I am so happy because as stated QB not longer supports 2005.

Troubleshooting

Restore missing Help and Support Files 1. Click Start, Run and type %windir%\INF
2. Locate the file pchealth.inf, right-click and choose Install
pchealth1.jpg There will be two files namely PCHealth.INF and PCHealth.PNF. You'll need to right-click on the INF file (identified by a text pad and Gear icon in it) and choose Install.
3. In the next step, you'll be asked for the Windows XP CD (to extract dataspec.xml and many other files). Insert your Windows XP CD and point to the i386 folder in the CD.
pchealth2.png 4. Click OK. This restores missing Help and Support files.
note: The PCHealth.INF installation routine is not complete, as it does not register Help and Support completely, nor does it create the helpsvc service and other registry keys. At this point of time, nothing may happen when you start Help and Support, or it exhibits an error message mentioning the Help and Support service is missing.
Step II - End the Help and Support services Click Start, click Run and type Taskmgr and click OK. This opens Task Manager. Click the Process tab. Terminate the following processes if running:
  • helpsvc.exe
  • helphost.exe
  • helpctr.exe
Reinstall Help and Support
Click Start, click Run and type cmd.exe, and click OK.
In Command Prompt, type the following commands one by one and press {ENTER} after each line. Alternately, you can copy the commands below to Notepad, save the file with .bat extension (e.g. helpfix.bat) and run it.
net stop helpsvc
cd /d %windir%\pchealth\helpctr\binaries
start /w helpsvc /svchost netsvcs /regserver /install
start /w helpsvc /register
start /w helpctr /regserver
