... Try unplugging the stove's electric cord from its wall socket (may need to remove stove's bottom drawer to see it or pull stove away from the wall), wait 1 minute or more, then plugging it back in. This "reboots" the stove's little brain and might possibly work. Second best idea would be to turn off the circuit breaker (in the basement?) - but I think sometimes the stove can detect if it is not actually unplugged so this is second best idea. If these don't work, look on the web for stove error codes /*/, and expect to need a repair service!

F9 is a door lock error. Sometimes when the power surges the door locks then unlocks. It is possible your door lock could actually be broken, however many times when the EOC fails, it will show an F9 when it should show F1. I would guess that your EOC (main computer board) is fried. Try unplugging it for 24 hours then press the door lock button once you plug it back in. If there is no error code when you plug it in but the error code comes back when you lock the door, you probably have a problem with the lock.

I believe the oven it has a power surge protector within the appliance. Try to unplug it and plug it back in. It should solve the problem.

in version 1 of your model, F7 requires the replacement of the EDC (electronic door control)
in later versions F7 requires the replacement of the EOC (electronic oven control)

From what you have described, seems the power surge has damaged the control board inside of your unit. Now you would need a service technician to install the part, but depending on how old the unit is will depict how you can go about purhcasing the control board part, or possible have it covered under warranty ( all depends on the age of the unit ).
You may contact me directly with you and your unit's information and I can further research what your next steps should be.
