how you can upload music to your divice if you have i tunes and want them on your mp3/mp4 this device is not user friendly. 1. plug into your usb conection port
2. click on "my computer" 3. double click on "removable disk (F:). you should make a make a new folder for your music. 4. Open Itunes or what ever you use to listen to mp3's on your PC. 5. Drag song to "new folder" and any other songs you want to have 6. Drag your new folder into "Removable Disk (F:) window. which is your mp3/mp4
i had the same problem but i had a read of the manual and there should be avi converter with the mp4 player in the form of a mini disk you have to make sure it is at the right resolution i think mine is 320*240 and if it is not the right resolution it will just keep coming up with file error, just make sure the resolution on the avi converter matches the resolution on the mp4 player
try hookin up to the computer USB Port, and see if there is a charging Icon On The MP4 Player. leave it hooked up to the computer for 2-3 hours, then try it.
if non of this works, the internal batterys dead.
you can get replacements for these if you need 1.
theres a lot of chinese companys, that supply replacement batterys as spares.

my craig mp4 player just shows a hour glass like everybody else. i have read the solutions but never receive the answers from them. now how to get the hour glass to go away?.....and if so how to reset the device if frozen. thankz for the support when i receive my answer.
the best thing to do is RE format the disc. i am currently having the same problem , witch i am tired of fixing them. if the item is from ebay : hong kong , i suggest you tell the buyer and complain. people will do anything for good feedback. saw formatting it will work. but you'll have the same problem in the future. either you copy all your music files to a folder. or buy one from Argos , woolworths etc etc...
