IF YOU REPLACED THE SAME PICO FUSE, YOU PROBABLY HAVE A BAD CONVERGENCE IC AGAIN . DID YOY SNUG UP THE IC TO THE HEAT SINK AND USE THERMAL HEAT COMPOUND ON THE NEW IC'S? ALSO CHECK SOLDER CONNECTIONS TO C810 AND C809 THE FUSE BY THE CAPACITORS MAY BE OPEN.
check the resistors near the stk's. There are some reports that they get fried when the stk's fry....or the other way around. The resistor ratings are labeled on the resistors. 2.2, 82, 180 or something like that. Also check the board as you turn on the tv. See if any glow red.
Did you check to be certain none of the resistors were burned or open that power the ICs ? This is fairly common for one or two of the convergenvce resistors to be open when the ICs go out. Also double check the iC pins to insure that none of the pins are bridged with solder. If you need more assistance please let me know.
SOMETHING IS LOADING DOWN THE POWER SUPPLY...COULD BE THE Y-SUS BOARD OR UPPER OR LOWER Y-DRIVE BUFFERS...TAKE THE BACK OFF SET..GIVE IT THE SMELL TEST AND EYEBALL THE FLAT I.C.`S ON THE THIN BOARDS TO THE LEFT OF Y-SUS BD. IF NO BURNING SMELL AND NO CRACKS ON THE FLAT I.C.`S ...TRY REPLACING THE Y-SUS BOARD...NUMBER ONE PRIME SUSPECT...DO NOT POWER UP SET WITH BACK OFF UNLESS YOU ARE QUALIFIED SERVICE TECH...JOE ACE
If the lines are thin and close together running horizontally, it may be the vertical driver, but that usually takes out the resistor and sometimes the diode in the B+ for the vert. Also you must replace the caps that caused the problem in the first place.
