"Blowing" FusesWhen a fuse blows, replace it with an identical [same Amperage rating] new fuse.

IF the replacement fuse also blows, then that is an indication that there is either a short circuit condition in that circuit, OR you have an overload condition due to too many electricity using devices connected to that circuit, or one that draws too much electrical current [current is measured in Amperes (Amps), or milliamps (thousandths of an Amp)].

The fix" for repeatedly blowing fuses is to troubleshoot the circuit involved, find and identify the fault, properly repair it, and then install another good fuse

Yes, this uses a Bag. AF482 Starbag from Cleanstar.

if the bag is not in properly or damaged it may blow thru.

Why do my VAX 651546 keep blowing fuse box after being turned on for a few moments ?
When a fuse trips, the current was to high. If the fuse keeps tripping, you really have a problem. It could be as simple as a defective capacitor, but also a shortage in one of the coils. It would be wise to bring the VAX to a repair shop and ask what it will cost to repair. Sometimes when they need to replace a motor, you are better of with a new machine.
I hope it is a minor defect.

VAX HOOVER PROBLEM?
The 121 should only have the main filter ring taken out before the reservoir tank is put in which easily just falls into the main dust tank area. Make sure though that the bin's square edge is at the front where it rests at the front of the Vax where the hose comes out. Then unhook the pump to lay it in the water tank and the motor should be able to jam ontop clipping both sides down to lock. Perhaps you are putting the reservoir bucket in the wrong way.

Vax v-60P turboforce pet bagless upright 2000w
hi phoned vax today.. they said there's definately NOT a problem with that particuliar model. I now have to send the 2nd cleaner back to them to repair...If this problem occurs again they will replace it with another model!!!
so watch this space!!!
I think having two vacs blow up is too much of a coincidence!
I have been using vacs for nearly 40 years & I've never had this happen before!
If Anyone comes across the same problem I would appreciate you letting me know.
