no need to uninstall.
pls check u got intetnet proper.
type in run "ping yahoo.com -t"
then press enter then see in window if u get reply your internet is ok if u get "request time out "
your intrnet has problem.
check your windows fiirewall turn it off then try.
check u open site in inter net explorer.if it works then noissue with internet.
check your mozila settings security so high?
also check your anti virus not blok the sites and inrernet.

Are you getting an error message? If you're getting an error 'Working offline', click on file and uncheck Work Offline.

But if you're not getting any error messages, try using the Internet Explorer to make sure that there's no problem with the internet connection. If same problem occurs, then it's the problem with the internet connection and not with the Mozilla Firefox.

But if the internet worked using IE, then you need to uninstall the Firefox and re-install it. I was once had a problem like this. I'm currently using version 3.5.2.

Mozilla firefox is considered to be one of the best Browsers today..and was mot popular before the Chrome.. so try to Download it again and install it properly hope it should. also see if the sonic firewall is blocking it or not( which it shoudn't) other wise try some things like Google chrome. wiz i think is cool.
