How do I get unstuck in level 58 when there is no way to goto another section no a way to get roped and/or keys

Yes, it could be, but at least check one other thing.
Pull the spark plug and leave it out of the machine.
Then, pull the start rope and see how it goes.
Does it seem ok then?.
Now, reinstall the plug and try it.
Some people were never told to be sure the spark plug is elevated whenever the machine is stored, for any length of time.
If not, and the spark plug is lower than the crankshaft oil level, the oil can by-pass the rings on the piston whilst it is sitting and give you kick back when you pull the rope, because that oil in the combustion chamber is not compressible.

Hmmm a lot of rope lights are just mini xmass tree lights inside a plastic tube. If one of the bulbs burns out for that section the it takes the whole section out. Sounds like it's time for a new led rope light.

This error code E68 indicates that a button or key is stuck. Press the buttons/keys repeatedly one at a time to possibly unstuck the key/s. It may also help you find out the stuck key/s as it will click differently from the good keys. You need to find and unstuck the key manually by accessing the control board if the error code still persists. I would use a small amount of fire cement. Available from B+Q etc.

The Iris Tension unit is controlled by the computer. You can't turn the dial with your fingers. There are 2 buttons on the panel that control the tensioin knob. The graphic looks like rope (sort of) and there is a + and a - on each side of the graphic which increases or decreases the tension.

type in 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 (may be one or the other).

you should get a login prompt. Depending on your brand of router, the login could be different; however, I would try "admin" for user and "admin" for pass to see if that get's you in.

This will take you to your router's webpage. Goto the wireless portion, it should have a wireless security section within that. Click on WEP key and re-type the key to whatever you can remember.

Hit apply or save.

Goto to your PS3 make a new connection with the new WEP key.

F7 is a stuck key. Usually you can't get a key unstuck. Best thing to do is replace the keypad / user interface. Here are some of GE's error codes:

Slowly walk ahead until you see the jumping Kritter. Jump on him when you get under the high rope and ride up, jump to the left and use ther barrel to break the wall and enter a bonus level. You have to spell out KONG. The prize is an Expresso token. After exiting, jump off and jump onto the two Kritters. Jump onto the rope. At the top, jump off, pick up the DK barrel and kill the Army with it. Jump onto the rope, and when you get to the top, jump off and you will land on the K

Run to the right and jump onto the rope. In the middle there is a barrel. Choose Diddy before you pick it up. Jump down and break it into the left wall to enter the bonus level. In this level, you have to spell out NINTENDO. You win a red balloon if you do this. After the bonus level, run right, and kill the army, and jump over the Zinger onto the rope. When you get to the top, jump onto the left rope to avoid the Zinger, then the right, then the left. Jump to the left, and if you want the banana bunch, kill the Necky and jump up there. Go through the small gap, and jump on the Army if you got Donkey. Jump high on the rope and quickly jump to the other side. Walk down the slope and jump on the Kritters. Jump on the first rope, go down a little, jump to the second then quickly jump onto the third tope and into the checkpoint barrel. Walk left and avoid the Klap-Trap, jump onto the rope and into the auto barrel. wait until a jumping Kritter comes. Jump on him, then climb the rope to get the O and two banana bunches.

Jump back down and run to the right, avoiding the two Klap-Traps. When you get on the rope, on the first three ropes, jump immediately to the right. But on the fourth rope, wait and then jump back onto the third rope to reach a bonus level. Go to the far right rope, watch out for the three Zingers. Jump to the right and get the N.

Take the DK barrel, and throw it on one of the two Zingers. Go above or below, depending which one you hit, the Zinger and jump on the rope, and jump to the left. Take the rope to the top, and then take the six ropes and jump to the left. Then jump the rope and jump to the other side. You should be next to the red arrow now. Jump onto the two down ropes. Always hold up during this section. Hold northwest and northeast depending which rope you are on. When you reach the top, jump over and hit the G. Run to the right and Exit.
