Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3

Can't use earpiece...? (Motorola Razr)

Hello!

I have a Motorola Razr, and I'm having a hard time making calls. Whenever I make a phone call or someone calls me, I can't seem to use the ear piece. I have to use the Speaker phone option to hear them, which is very embarrassing at times, since sometimes people can hear everything.

Also, I tried the tip of maxing the volume through the button on the side, but it's still the same. I still can't hear anything.

Have you raised the volume while you are on a call as this is the only way the ear piece volume increases.
If this doesn't work then I'm affraid you have a faulty earpiece

Take the SIM card out and re-install it. You may need to call your phone provider and have them unlock the phone.

Check the middle button on the side. Hold it in and raise the earpiece volume to the highest before you throw the phone away.
