You have plugged the defrost drain line. This is where the water goes to
in the bottom of your freezer when it goes through the defrost (removal
of ice from the freezer coil) cycle. It sounds like that hole is
plugged and now the water/ice has now frozen in the vent that lets air
circulate down into your refrigerator compartment. What I usually do in
this case is to unplug the refrigerator, empty out the freezer
compartment. Usually I also end up either pulling off the back panel or
the bottom panel (in the freezer compartment) Looking for that defrost
drain hole and thawing it out with a heat gun (be careful of melting
plastic) or actually I use a hair dryer. I can sometimes do this also
by pouring small amounts of HOT tap water onto it and then
sopping/absorbing it away with a sponge or dishcloth. I repeat this
until I get the water to go down the drain tube.
Try it and let me know!

SOURCE: jenn air side by side refrigerator ice maker not working
On mine the water inlet feed tube would freeze solid. Removing the ice tray and using a hair dryer to completely thaw the tube would get it working for another month or so. My frig had a solid rubber inlet tube. I noticed at the appliance store that newer models had an inlet tube that was split on top. I got one of these from a local appliance parts store, and it fixed the problem. The tube replacement it easy. Get to the back of the frig. Turn off the water supply. Carefully pry the white plastic piece out ( located on the upper right side when facing the back of the frig. ) of the frig. When you have the new one in hand it will be clear what you are going to do. Pull out the old remove the water line. Attach the line to the new tube and insert it. Turn on water, check for leaks, and you should be ok. This repair is only effective if you have an inlet tube that freezes up. There can be many other malfunctions that stop ice makers from working. This was my problem. Replaced the tube 3 years ago and ice maker has worked fine since the replacement.

Cut everything off for a few minutes then turn it back on and listen for a click from the compressor relay as the compressor tries to start.
Is the compressor motor running. If no check starter/overload relay. Check to see if the condenser fan at the back underneath near the compressor is running. If no check fan.
Are the condenser coils near there warm or room temp. should be warm
Is the evaporator fan in the freezer running. It blows cold air into the fridge side through a damper in the wall between the freezer and fridge. Make sure the damper is open.
Below the evaporator fan is the evaporator coils. Remove the back cover in the freezer to observe the frost pattern. Light frost everywhere(NORMAL) or a partial pattern of ice(LOW ON FREON) or nothing(LOW FREON OR COMPRESSOR PROBLEM).

Possible that the vent is getting blocked to prevent the cool air to be blown into the fridge section. So make sure that the auto defrost is working, if not check the auto defrost timer section, the fan, the heaters.
make sure that the thermostat is set to normal.
Finally shut off the fridge for 6-8 hours and see if the cooling resumes. If so the defrost section must be revisited
