Assuming you are using Windows you can find that out by clicking on your window Icon normally in the bottom left corner of your screen. Right click on the My Computer Icon. Then click on manage. A screen will pop up you'll want to go to devices. A list will pop. On that list you should be able to find it. Look for words like vision, eye or optical. You might have a cam by it's just disabled or the driver myth be missing. Hope this helps!

Oops I meant to say "The Driver might be missing". Sorry I'm using my phone right now.

How do i get Sansai webcam to work on my pc?

To help you install and configure Sansui webcam with your computer, please follow the step-by-step instructions given below:
Modern webcams require very little user input to install. Most webcams should install themselves automatically after you plug them in. If your webcam doesn't automatically install, all you'll need is the driver file from the manufacturer's website.
- Plug the webcam into a USB port on your computer. If the webcam is built-in to your computer, skip down to Step 4. Plug the webcam directly into your computer, not into a USB hub.
- Wait for the webcam to be installed automatically. Most operating systems will automatically detect and install the necessary software for your webcam. If this doesn't happen, read on.
- You may be prompted to search for the webcam drivers. Your operating system can usually search online automatically.
- Install the software on the disc that came packaged with the webcam. This should install the drivers for the webcam, as well as any additional video software that may come with it. If you don't have the disc, read on.
- Visit manufacturer's support site. If the webcam doesn't install automatically, and you don't have a disc, you can download the drivers from the manufacturer's website.
- Install the downloaded drivers. You may be prompted to restart your computer.
- Open a program that will use your webcam.

Unplug webcam from computer. Shut down computer. Connect webcam to computer. Re-boot computer. You might do a web search for: Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920 driver, if you don't have a CD that came with the webcam.

Not work my webcam on my asus n53jq-xr1. the

Hello,
Shutdown the computer and disconnect webcam. Restart computer then after full boot, attach webcam and test to see if webcam works. If this does not solve the problem restart the computer with webcam attached. If this does not solve the problem then the webcam may be broken. If this is an internal webcam I recommend contacting the manufacturer.

WEBcams are a throw away items and not worth fixing, if you could get it fixed, the cost is likely be close to a new WEBcam.
To determine if the WEBcam is faulty and not the computer, connect to WEBcam to a different computer to see if it works. You may need to install the WEBcam driver. After testing you can uninstall the WEBcam driver.
