Card reading temporarily disabled - Xerox Phaser 3100MFP

I am not sure about philips but most other manufactures use a chip on the cartridge that must be changed when you refill the cartridge.

Do what PS tells you. One of three things is happening:

1. You video card needs a software update

2. Your video card is just not good enough and you need a new, better one.

or

3. PS is malfunctioning. A re-install or a call to PS tech support may or may not be in order.

Your friend requests have been disabled temporarily because you have been sending requests to people you don't know & one of them have reported against you.It will be enabled within 4 days automatically. Contact Help Center on your profile for further info.
Prevent yourself from doing such things as face book has power to disable your account too under some offences which you can read from the link given below!

Please call their hotline or contact their customer service for more information.

Please try your card with some other computer if possible try someother card with your computer and let me know what happens with this we can distinguish if the issue is with computer or the card.
