PIN and PUK are provided by your service provider. Please call up their helpline and ask then for either a new PIN or a new SIM if it is blocked permanently. The default being 00000000 (eight zeros). But as you have changed it and forgotten, a new SIM is the answer. It will have the same number as you have on the old SIM.

You will need the key to be in the lock while you enter the pin - this seems so obvious but can easily be forgotten.

it should be puc "pin unlock code" and it is right at the back of your sim card housing unless you changed it. if you have changed the access code and forgotten them then the only alternative left is to block the sim card and get a new one with the same number..

try to look for your PUK on the sim kit when you purchased the SIM. PUK are used to unblock blocked PINs. If you're not able to find it, try calling your service provider and see if they can provide you the key..

Actually PUK(Personal Unblocking Key) is depends on your SIM and it is different for all SIM's
For PUK you need contact network operator with number of which you want PUK code(you call to customer care from any others number who have same network operator(free of cost) or you can call by any others number who have using different network operator(stadard call rates applies))
Don't enter wrong PUK code 10 times.....

Every PUK code is unique so nobody can tell you your PUK number, but i will tell you what you can do!
1) If you still have your packet that your Sim Card came in, you should find your PUK number in there, if you don't have the packet, please read bellow.

2) You must get a phone that is on the same network as your phone and call the networks Customer Care and ask them for your PUK number, they will ask you for your phone number, then they will tell you your PUK number. Once you have done this, you will be able to reset your Pin number so you will be able to go into your phone again.

PUK code in PIN UNLOCKING CODE, which is required when you give PIN number wrongly for 3 times,
This code is OPERATOR specific and not phone specific and you have to call you operator and get PUk if PIN is blocked...

if you provide PUK code wrongly for 7 time, you sim may become useless, then you have to buy new SIM

NOTE: You should ask your service provider..

Relax. You just plug the P2 to your pc and open SMS (the program which came with the P2), and open up an application called EMODIO. If you dont have it, you need to upgrade the SMS program. Good luck.
