I have the candery hot dog roller and it turns on and heats up fine but when its gets hot the rollers stop they will not spin

If your Candery hot dog roller is heating up correctly but the rollers are not spinning, there may be a few different causes.
  1. Check to make sure that the rollers are properly lubricated. If they are dry or dirty, they may not be able to spin.
  2. Make sure that the rollers are not jammed with any food particles or debris. Clean the rollers thoroughly if necessary.
  3. Verify if the belt that connects the motor to the rollers is not broken or lose, if the belt is damaged or not properly adjusted, the rollers will not spin.
  4. Check that the gear that connects the motor to the rollers is not stripped. If the gear is stripped, the rollers will not be able to spin even if the motor is working.
  5. If none of the above steps work, the problem may be with the motor or control board, and the machine may need to be serviced by a professional technician.
I would recommend checking the user manual or contacting the manufacturer for further assistance, as they may have specific troubleshooting steps or solutions for your model.

Just purchased this Dyson dc24 today. brush doesn't spin after gettin tangled in a cord. removed the cord from the brush OK. I have several times: removed the brush and replaced it OK. pushed the red...

When you removed the brush roller dod you examine the end of the actual roller that is opposite from the removal opening. There is a gear that the roller fits over that may have gotten stripped when it became tangled. Check that the gear has not rounded off and look inside the roller bar to see if the area where the gear fits into may have gotten stripped as well. You might try to operate the vacuum without the roller brush installed for a few seconds just to see if the gear turns. When I say gear, it is actually a somall "post" about 1-2" long that the roller brush fits over. Hope this helps!

Gringing noise and says to replace drum. Replaced drum and still grinds and says drum needs replaced

look at front of machine where your received faxes come out. you will see a couple of rollers there. unplug fax, and while watching the rollers, plug in and see if they turn when machine starts rotating. if they don't, you have a broken heat roller gear. another thing can cause this is a bound up toner cartridge. try another if rollers are turning. last but not least, your old drum possibly damaged your drum drive gears.

good luck,

Fax machine problem brother 1820c

The ADF rollers may be dirty or may even be damaged. To determine this, 1. Open the transmit door. 2. take a look at the condition and placement of rollers and sensor actuators.3. Using a lintless rag and 99% Isoprpynol, clean the rollers thoroughly. 4. Clean the scanner glass and also the white strip on the transmit door opposite the glass. 5. Do not forget to examine the final roller (paper out roller) This may be damaged or the gear or even the plastic clips that hold this down may be broken. finally make sure that the transmit door can be snapped shut properly.

Fuser gear xerox

1. remove front cover which is over the paper tray - 2 screws and then unflange and wiggle off.
2. take out toner cartridge and drum cartridge.
3. there is a screw on the top left of the plastic cover over the fuser roller - unscrew it and then wiggle off the plastic cover.
4. there is a little green screw on the right rear of the fuser roller assembly - unscrew it.
5. remove the 2 white plugged in wire things to the right of the fuser roller (right one snaps on top and left one snaps on the inside right).
6. take fuser roller assembly out of machine.
7. loosen screw on left on top of brown riser and loosen 2 screws on right that hold the wired part down - carefully remove the glass heat element, taking care not to touch it with your fingers. if it is touched with fingers, need to clean it with alcohol to prevent the grease from reflecting the light back into the element.
8. remove the lock ring on the right of the cyclinder and then the gear wheel will be removable and replaceable.
remember to take digital photos of it before you dis-assemble it so you will be sure you're putting it all back together right.
