What can i do? because when i put mp3 songs on a sony walkaman NW -HD5 it tells me "no track found" what can i do?

Sounds like a sound issue. i would send it back to SONY and demand that they either, give you a full written explanation of how to fix, or fix it themselves. (they wouldn't be bothered to write it out...)
