Polyview V372 lcd monitor

Hi I have got some white horizontal lines on my monitor
can you help me if they can be elimated

My XG-91 19inch Xerox monitor just recently began to have one vertical white line on it. On a white background however, the white line appears to be a vertical line of two inch horizontal lines (either redish or black). And surprise...now I have a second vertical white line that is pink horizontal lines on a white background. Just recently started seeing larger bands of horizontal shadows too...looks like this monitor is slowly self destructing. Any solutions besides the obvious go out an replace it?

Unplug it, and put the plug back in, i have the horizontal white lines before, and it was static build up in the plug just pulling it out and putting it back should fix it

What does this plug do? I have a polyview Monitor

They are both display cables, DVI (White cable) is digital and the VGA (blue cable) is analog.
If you can use DVI, use it, it's better quality

Hi. I cant get a Polyview LCD monitor to display at full resolution in win7.

You need win7 driver which either POLYVIEW or Microsoft has it since it is too old for them to make one, they just want you to buy new monitor, one reason I am still using XP since it works perfectly with XP.

My dell e196fp lcd monitor has white lines

Dell had a problem with horizontal lines in some of their monitors a little while back. I would try contacting Dell Tech Support to see if your monitor is one of the one effected. I think they were replacing the monitors that had the problem, but I'm not completely sure.
