Bushnell 600 pro flashes y m after battery replacement

Take the nice cover and neck strap off rangefinder to use on another item. Next use the rangefinder for hammer. boat anchor, etc. Seriously though the problem occurs often in the Bushnell rangefinders and it cost more to fix than to replace with a better brand. A $179.00 original cost rangefinder cost $10.00 to ship back to Bushnell and another $235.00 for repair of a non specified problem for a grand total of $245.00. I consider this a rip off from Bushnell.

The CPU board has failed. Bushnell will not have parts to repair it. They will offer you one at a discount. Call them at (800) 423-3537

On my yardage pro compact 600 my info on the screen is dim? is there an ajustment? battery seems to be fine... i had a different bushnell that would go dim when the battery was dead but also have a little...
If sorry to say that your Compact 600 is on its last legs. Bushnell doesn't service them anymore. I think your unit is about 7-10 years old. Parts are not available. Think about some newer technology. "Pinseeker" technology is the best!!!! They have three models with this: "The Medalist", The"Tour V2", and the all mighty "Pinseeker 1600" Prices start at $195 through $285 from the service center.Call 800.423.3537 and talk to them.......

Bushnell yardage pro 600
I had a similar problem the first couple of years I owned my unit. I took the battery out between uses and that avoided the problem. I also made sure that the case was tightly closed so no light gets into it when not in use. The problem is now gone.

Err6 after battery replacement
E6 means the unit has lost its programming. Bushnell doesnt work on them anymore. Those should be about 10 years old. They will offer you one at a discounted rate. There address is:

Bushnell Compact 600 & Tour XL
1st thing to try is to replace the battery.

If this doesn't work, the unit may be out of alignment, ie the signal is not being sent where you are aiming. They can be sent back to Bushnelland fixed.
