I recently bought my iPhone 4S like 2 weeks ago and I dropped it but it didn't crack. A couple minutes later I saw this big black blob is the corner of the screen. It covers up my service bars and my time. A couple days later it started to spread and it's very annoying!!! I don't want to replace the screen because I'm afraid it won't help. How can I get rid of it? Does it go away?!

That big blob could be where air got into it and you will not fix if you do not replace it as it is a sealed unit.

SOURCE: iPhone "Network Lost" message every 3 minutes!

Go - Settings/General/(scroll down to) Reset/Reset Network Settings.

Phone will turn itself off and on again. Et voila - no more annoying message saying "Network Lost"

Note: This procedure doesn't mess around with any of your other settings, applications etc.

Good luck.

SOURCE: HP-T4254 Samsung Plasma - Cracked Screen

This appears to be more common than Samsung lets people know. There isobviously a manufacturing defect. Same thing happened to my tv and it was only 4 months old. Samsung refuses to honor their warranty claiming it's physical damage...no kiding...there was a pop like a small firecracker going off inside the TV and the screen broke. You think think with this kind of catostrophic failure there would be physical damage? We're going after Samsung (BBB, FTC, small claims, etc.), if we can get enough people maybe go class-action.

My netflix app isn't loading on my iphone 4. it was working 15 minutes ago.

Hello,
What you are going to want to do is simply delete and then re-download the Netflix app. This is a common problem among iPhone users.

1. Press and hold Netflix app until it begins to jiggle
2. Press the small x in upper corner of app
3. Proceed to re-download app fro app store

My iphone 4s went completely blank black screen and it is not dead or powered off. i can hear it if it rings and it vibrates aswell. what can harm this to happen? is it old age?it is 5 years old.

water will have an affect on it if it has not been dried out properly the screen controller chip that is on the logic board will get damaged, =, they are not waterproof, you will need another logic board to repair this fault., can also damage the battery and the screen being in water for any amount of time.

What is wrong with my iPhone?

Are you using the cord that came with your phone? Make sure you have an Apple certified cord and adapter. Hopefully that helps.

The next issue to look at if this does not solve it could be the connection between cord and phone.

I bought a Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-W530 camera 4 weeks ago. About 2 weeks ago the screen developed a bright white spot along the one corner- the display would not show in that area. I didn't do anything...

If you turn off the LCD screen and use the viewfinder, same problem? Even with this wrong, are you try to take pics and see this in your pc? They are white or with some lines over image?

Two things there, first... could be a problem with the viewer screen, or, second choice could a problem CCD sensor go to bad; in both cases this isn't a job that you could solve yourself; this wrong include distorted images or abnormal colors, scratchy purple lines, blank or black pictures, and/or black videos with good sound being recorded on the camera's flash card.

I suggest check THIS LINK for additional details in this previous solutions for an Defective CCD (Charge Coupled Device) and next contact your Olympus service.
I strongly suggest (taking into consideration the age of your camera) to evaluate the cost of repair versus the cost of a new camera with similar features, before making a final desicion.

Keep in mind and check if even you are underwarranty, if yes, applied.

Hope this helps.
