Why does my tascam us 122 cut on/off during recording

works fine on my XP machines

i had the same problem..but its not that big of a deal

just switch it to "mono" on your interface

that should do it!!

Yeah, many others have the same problem try reading the solution to one of the other ones of these with the same device. I'll try and find it to put the link in to the answer.

hi, have you tried new cables? or another usb,firewire port? also if you can, try it on other pc. see if the condition changes. (could be defective) i had bought one of these, and the right channel did not work on any pc. hope this helps you, good luck!
