How to change cartridge after ink has dried

Changing the ink cartridge is not the only problem, the print head will need to be changed as well.
Inkjet printers need to be used frequently to prevent inkdrying out in the print head nozzles.
If the print head cleaning maintenance routine does not clear the blockages, then print head needs replacing, but it may be expensive.
It may be more cost effective to buy a later model and better printer thanreplace the print head.

I am a Reseller and one of my client is having Citizen CLP-7202e. due to the faulty print head we have tried to change the print head and after changing a new print head, printer is not printing...

I have used this type of printer before. Long ago when it was called the C-ITOH. However, never had to change the print head before. I would imagine that if you did - all the adjustments would need changing. Bad Gap would skip labels and bad pressure would make them too light or too dark. If there are any vertical lines (even faint) the print head is damaged. Also, these things are very specific as to media vs ink roller. You cannot use a paper ink roller with mylar labels. Vise versa works but those rolls are more expensive. I am sure you have tested this already but you point pretty exclusively to the "new" print head with your testing. Sounds like you have answered your own question. I would do some continuity tests on the head to see if it carries any current at all. Good Luck!

How to replace print head in Canon PIXMA MP630?

Most cannon printers have same print head, and replacing them is relatively easy... First open up printer cover to get to the print head. If you have manual for your cannon model, see in manual how to change color cartridges. When you get print head in position for changing cartridges, take out that CMYK cartridges one by one. After that, you will notice there is some kind of a lever on one side of print head. Try to pull that lever up, and it should release your print head. Now you can take it out, and put a new one if you have it.

One colour, Cyan will not print.

Some nozzle on print head is clodged. Remove the head, on some cloath, spill water and few times press head nozzles on it ( bottom side ), dry it and then do the head cleaning. If dont help change print head, when print head is changed its also recomended to change absorber and purge unit too.

Yelllow wont print,...changed cartage cleaned

If after cleaning the print head and changing the cartridge yellow still doesn't print, it sounds like there may be a problem with the print head or the board that controls the print head. The print head may not be receiving the signal to turn on. Check the circuit boards on the machine for obvious damage or a burn smell. Depending on the model printer it may be cheaper to replace the printer than to have the board or print head replaced.

Printer does not print magenta and cyan. Change

The print head is clogged.Try unclogging manually.Open the cover and first remove the ink cartridges. Then open the holder and remove the print head.Run hot tap water and put the print head with the nozzles up to stream water.Hold that 5 mins then turn the print head around
with the nozzles down.Hold that for every color of 5 mins. Then put the print head in hot water with the nozzles down.Left it water about 15 mins and then you must very nice to dry. When the print head dry put it in printer and start cleaning. If this not help you need to replace the print head. It's part number is QY6-0049.
